Free delivery above S$85 is not applicable for urgent requests, such as immediate delivery right after the product is completed.

For urgent orders, self-collection is required. Once your order is being processed, we will notify you at least 1 hour in advance for collection.

For large product orders, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date after the product is completed. No fixed time. We will usually inform you of the timing on the day or 1 day in advance of delivery.

Small items that fit in an envelope or small mailing tube will be sent via SingPost. We will record a short video while inserting it into the mailbox. The mail-out will be completed by the end of the business day.

Larger items will be delivered either by our in-house team or a third-party courier.

For purchases below S$85, a flat delivery fee of S$15 applies. Alternatively, for orders between S$70.00 and S$84.99, the system will automatically calculate the required top-up amount to bring your order total to S$85, allowing you to enjoy free delivery.
The S$15 delivery fee applies to all orders below S$85, regardless of whether they are large items or small items sent via SingPost (envelope). Deliveries may be fulfilled by our in-house delivery team or a third-party courier, depending on the order size and delivery requirements.

Payments & Invoice:
Payments can only be made via PayNow. Once the invoice is sent through WhatsApp, we will provide you with our PayNow QR code for payment.

Payment is required after artwork approval and must be completed before delivery or self-collection.
