Facts on lead time & Process

Our Commitment & Process
Every customer and project is important to us. To be fair to everyone, we follow a queue system.

We fully understand the urgency of your needs, and we strive to meet the highest standards in every job we handle.
Thank you.

Artwork & Production Step

Once you submit your highest-resolution artwork, we will first review it for any issues and update you immediately if adjustments are needed.

The file will be processed through our design system for resizing, and a PDF proof will be sent to you for approval.

Next, it enters our raster image processor (RIP) queue.

Finally, we proceed with printing.

Once printing is complete, we will send you a short timelapse video and photos as an update to confirm that the printing is finished

“Important Note: If you submit a blurry or low-resolution image and approve it as-is, we will proceed with printing based on the provided quality. Once printing is completed, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.”

We shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from the artwork, designs, logos, images, text, or other content submitted by the customer for printing. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to reproduce such materials. By placing an order, the customer warrants that the submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Lead Time & Workflow

If there are no issues with the artwork and no existing queue, printing can begin immediately on the same day.

The usual lead time, starting from when the artwork is received, is a minimum of 3 days to complete printing, cutting, and any installation on the system or frame, if required

Queue time may vary from immediate processing to a few days, depending on the number of orders.

We use eco-solvent ink (oil-based). After printing, the material requires 1 full day for degassing and drying.

On the following day, we cut to size and/or carry out installation onto the system or frame.

Once cutting and/or installation is complete, we will notify you for delivery or self-collection.

Our Printer & Colour Matching

Our printer uses only Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (CMYK) inks. Because of this, we are unable to print white ink. For transparent materials such as static cling decals and clear stickers, this means areas that are white in your design will appear transparent.

Our ink is weather-resistant, but continuous exposure to outdoor conditions will naturally cause fading over time. On average, prints last around one year.
We do not laminate our standard prints and use semi-gloss rolls for all stickers, except non-adhesive photo paper, which can be optionally add on with hot lamination.

To achieve a white background or white elements, the design can be printed in reverse and applied onto a white backing sticker.

We will do our very best to accurately match the colours in your image to ensure the best possible result.

Our cutting plotter currently supports up to 1.1m cutting width. We will be upgrading in the future. Larger pieces or boards will be manually hand-cut in straight lines. Please note that manual trimming may have a cutting tolerance of up to ±4mm, but we will do our best to achieve the closest possible dimensions.

“Please note that we do not provide full artwork design services. However, we can assist with simple designs, depending on our availability. As this is done during our free time, it may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on our current workload.”
