We collect only the information needed to process orders, manage uploads, provide support, and improve the website.

Customer data is used for account access, order fulfilment, artwork review, customer support, and payment reconciliation.

Artwork metadata is stored with the order. Uploaded artwork should be stored privately in Cloudflare R2 for production access.
